 FAQ’s

  • We have three categories we base our handyman pricing off of.

    Quoted Project - Usually, we quote projects so you know exactly how much you can expect to be charged. We believe in transparency on pricing!

    For time and materials projects - defined as projects where we are not sure how long it will take.

    Half day - $500 - covers up to 4 hours. Covers one store run (not the materials). This can be jobs that require more specialized tools (chop saw, table saw etc) and that need a little more time. You could get a small drywall patch done (2x2 or less), hang quite a few pictures and shelves, just to name a few.

    Full day - $900 - covers up to 7.5 working hours. More complicated projects using more extensive tools, tasks that have multiple different facets to it. We generally don’t go over 8 hours unless it’s necessary.

    If you’re not sure what’s involved and would like an onsite, professional opinion, we charge a $150 assessment fee. With that you get one of our vetran handyman to come walk the job, help you come up with a solution for he project and we’ll provide a quote if we are able to do the work.

  • In short, Covid! Our owner Greg was building custom structures for events and festivals then he had to pivot when the whole industry shut down in 2020. After seeing the need for a reliable resource for handymen in San Diego, he set out to make the best Handymen Service Company in the area with workers that aligned with his values.

  • We serve as the go-to maintenance solution for property managers, HOAs, individuals overseeing maintenance across multiple company locations, and residential homeowners

  • We usually are booked out a week in advance. If you have an immediate need, contact us and we’ll try to make it happen.

  • We charge for our time to go to the store. If it’s something we know for sure we need for the job (like drywall mud, wall anchors, etc.) you can expect us to be prepared for that, but if we need to go pick up materials specific to the job, that time is “on the clock”. All materials will be billed back to clients unless we are working on a quote basis.
